Returns
Returns are accepted unconditionally within 30 days of receiving your order.
When using our returns portal, the return shipping fee is DKK 29. This amount is charged when the return label is created.
If you wish to return items from your order, please use our returns portal. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order - this information can be found in your order confirmation.

Please note: It can take 7-9 business days from the time you send your return package until it is received and processed. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.
Return Instructions:
- Use our return portal .
- Remember your order number and email.
- Pack all items securely – preferably in the original packaging, if possible.
- Drop off the package at your nearest GLS parcel shop and show the QR code to print a return label.
Please return the package in the same condition as you received it and reuse the original packaging if possible.
The goods must be returned in their original condition – that is, new, unused and in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the return cannot be approved and will be sent back to you.
To ensure quick processing of your return, please include your order number and full name in the package so we can easily identify it.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order with the desired variant via our webshop.
