Shipping & returns
How much does shipping cost?
Denmark
Toujours Actif offers free delivery within 1–3 business days on all orders over 599 DKK.
For orders under 599 DKK with delivery in Denmark, delivery to a parcel shop costs 29 DKK, and home delivery costs 60 DKK.
Packages sent to a parcel shop cannot be redirected to another address. It is the recipient's responsibility to pick up the package or arrange a return if necessary.
All orders are delivered with GLS.
Europe
Toujours Actif offers free delivery within 3–5 business days on all orders over 999 DKK outside Denmark.
All shipments outside Denmark are sent with GLS or PostNord.
The available delivery options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Refunds and exchanges
At Toujours Actif, we offer an extended satisfaction guarantee.
Run, wear and sweat in your clothes. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you have the option to return the product within 30 days of receiving your order.
The extended satisfaction guarantee does not apply to cotton products.
Return portal
If you wish to return items from your order, please use our returns portal. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order - this information can be found in your order confirmation.
When using our returns portal, the return shipping fee is DKK 29. This amount is charged when the return label is created.

Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order with the desired variant via our webshop
Pickup
At Toujours Actif you have the opportunity to pick up your online order for free at our flagship store in Aalborg at Gravensgade 5, 9000 Aalborg.
For orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday), your order will be ready for pickup the same day – just drop by.
You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready for pickup in the store.
Complaint
Send an email to customer@toujoursactif.dk with an explanation of why you want a refund.
Remember to attach pictures and a detailed description of the problem with the product.
Production
Where are your products manufactured?
Toujours Actifs clothing is produced exclusively in Portugal.
We have put a lot of energy into finding skilled and dedicated partners – and that's exactly what we found!
Portugal is known for their responsible production and use of recycled and organic materials. We believe that everyone should share in the responsibility of taking care of our planet – which is why we have chosen Portugal as our production country.

Sold out or out of stock?
We always try to have all sizes and styles in stock. As we believe in slow fashion, we produce in smaller quantities than many other brands. This also means that our products may sell out faster than you might be used to.
We always notify you before new designs or restocks go on sale – so you have the opportunity to sign up or pre-order before they become available.
